Don't Be Lame, Mix it Up!
Studies show that doing a variety of exercise leads to better results. The body is a machine that adapts so it's easy to get into a routine and begin to see your weight loss results plateau. If you're a long time STREET VYBER™, switch it up and try classes like IMPACT (Kickboxing), F.O.R.C.E. (Resistance), STRENGTH (Body / Free weights) or Power Yoga. These are still high intensity classes, in varying degrees, but allow you to continue getting a cardio workout (with exception to STRENGTH & Power Yoga) - while also building strength and increasing your metabolism.
Remember you want to keep shocking your body with different strength workouts ensuring that you continue to build muscle - as lean tissue burns more calories pound for pound than fat does, even while sitting on your butt at a desk all day.
So don't be lame, switch it up so you continue meeting your goals. My challenge to all Vyberz™ this week and beyond is to mix it up, I wanna see you guys GOING HARD in different classes! (NVFS Class Schedule)

On June 30th, it's about to go DOWN!! Last year on July 6th we opened our doors for the first time and began our journey as a new business looking to change the way people think and feel about fitness! We have only scratched the surface and we are grateful that you have chosen to work out with us, so we want to celebrate our one year anniversary with you all!
So why June 30th instead of the July 6th weekend? Well for one, we know you all go on vacation or travel, especially for the 4th so we ruled that out. But June 30th also happens to be the birthday of our CEO Nnanna Egbujiobi! Aka Mr. GO HARD or Jiobi-Won-Kenobi, himself! We are having an outdoor jam session where you will be able to get your workout in and have fun! We aim to top last years, so we hope you all can make it.
